Nuestro protagonista de este domingo es .. EL AGUACATE! El aguacate posee vitaminas tan importantes como la A, C, D, K y del grupo B. También es rico en Omega 3, el cual ayudará a nuestro sistema cardiovascular. El aguacate o también conocido como la palta, es rico en grasas saludables y evitan que acumulemos grasas perjudiciales que puedan causarnos enfermedades.
Para el video de este domingo, les voy a enseñar como preparar un heladito, super saludable que nos va ayudar a matar el antojo en esas horas de ansiedad pero sin darnos remordimiento de conciencia.
Para esta receta solo necesitas 3 ingredientes que lo más seguro ya tengas en casa y la preparación, es super facil. En el video yo utilice un Ice Cream Maker (Maquina para hacer helados), pero sí tu no tienes una, solo deja la mezcla en la nevera hasta que tenga una consistencia de helado.

- 1 taza de aguacate triturado (aproximadamente 2 aguacates grandes)
- 1/2 taza de miel
